For me, there is little meaning to art if it doesn't invoke an emotion of some kind. It can be happy, sad, dreamy, nostalgic...or maybe just a "feeling," even if you don't know the name. An artwork can be masterfully created, without a single flaw, but if there is no emotion to be found in the piece, how can it capture the heart? Therefore, I strive to find that special feeling in my art. Whether I've succeeded or not, is up to you, my precious viewer. For as they say, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
