Art is a reaction to one’s life—the physical remains of a visual reflection contrived by one person, as witnessed by another. Without the participation of the viewer, there is no art, but merely the circumstance of production without an effect or consequence.

Collectors of art are lovingly referred to as “Art Dogs.” Without the Art Dog, there are no resources for materials, no exotic retreat on the Riviera. Feeding the Dogs is fickle business at best. It’s essential that each artist finds those Dogs who want to devour his particular brand of bone.
