A friend recently sold me their relatively unused digital camera and I quickly became hooked on nature photography. Every weekend I go out with friends to local parks in the Seattle area or mountain hiking somewhere in the Cascades with my camera. I am very lucky to live in an area with abundant beautiful landscapes and wildlife without having to travel too far.
