What an unusual painting, I do not think I have ever seen a stag pictured in a graveyard before ! It is really well done and very eye-catching though. Strangely enough though there is a famous graveyard in Glasgow called the Necropolis , where deer are to be seen roaming amongst the headstones !

Thanks Derek, That is what inspired me to paint this. It's the same here in the US. All over this country Deer find peace in Graveyeards.
