The photo shoots I most enjoy are centered around people in their environments, be they professional or recreational. The encompass casual, humorous, and dramatic moments - all in the same shoot. There are no sets or direction to distract the subjects from the simple act of being themselves and appreciating their environment. The subtleties of body language and facial expression can speak volumes, and the challenge of finding just the right moment, or the face in the crowd, is often rewarded with a view of humanity at its most genuine.
