Description When I went to the Acropolis I felt as though everyone there was making a pilgrimage to a place of their ancestors. This is Athena's Temple, and it is at a more human scale than the Parthenon, but it's power is in the powerful columns which has upheld truth and justice over the centuries (so it seems). The modern city below; a powerful scene.
Matthew Person, Cape Cod Member Since May 2008 Artist Statement I work in a library, and I once was a chef in an embassy, but I have always been photographer. I love pinhole photography, and the pre-digital creativity which was a part of film photography. When I was younger, I thought of myself a social documentary photographer, but now I just shoot for fun, mostly while traveling. Digital photography is exact, instant, and pretty cool. Enjoy my photos!
