Current Gallery: plants ( piece)
When I photograph plants, I look for unusual angles, lighting, shadows, and patterns---in the plants themselves or the backgrounds. I often add artistic filters or create composite images with plant images. I particularly enjoy images that combine plants and insects---especially when an insect that I didn't notice when I was shooting the plant magically reveals itself in the computer!
