Description 1959 French Grand Prix at Reims. The image shows a Ferrari 246 Dino leading a Mercedes W196 Streamliner and a Jaguar D-Type, all speeding down the straight, past the grand stands, under the bridge that states its the Grand Prix dEurope, and travelling at about 160mph down to the feared Calvaire corner. The 1959 Reims Grand Prix poster was created by the artist Jean des Gachons for a race that saw Tony Brooks and Phil Hill take the two top spots in their Ferrari 246 F1s, with third going to Jack Brabham in his Cooper-Climax.
